    Music An eclectic mix. I generally like rockin' to music with a grittier edge but I can also enjoy a glass of wine, listening to jazz in an open concert statdium.
    Movies My favorite movie of all time is "The Outsiders."
    TV Ok, I'll admit it, I'm a reality junkie... I like to consider it hyposis research :) - after all, it's a great way to study behavior and the trances people are unknowingly in. Other then that, the television show "Heroes" and "Entourage." Also, I was a student of the Martial Arts so I do enjoy the MMA shows.
    Books Hmmm.. so many - I'll get back to this and give you my top 3.
    Likes I like my kitty :) She's beautiful - check out her pic in my photos section.
    Dislikes Blatant Animal Abuse.
    Hobbies The study and practice of Hypnosis - of course :). Martial Arts, fitness, reading, outdoor activities (Hiking, kayaking, etc.).
    Vices LOL - I see a group hypnotists looking at this going "what is it? I can help", salivating at the mouth to get to me.

    Last weekend I purchased the PRETALK, watched once and read information twice. On Monday I gave it a try. It works I noticed a big difference in the A.R. session. The session went a lot easier and quicker.

    Whenever a fellow hypnotist, therapist or counselor ask me for advice on a particular regression session/s they had or are going to have with a client, I almost always instantly ask about their pre-talk or as my dear frien and great Hypnotherapist Randy likes to say, the “set-up.” The pre-talk for regression hypnosis can literally make or break your regression sessions. After helping them fine tune their pre-talk or “set-up”, other hypnotists and therapists often get that “A-HA” moment and understand why they have been “failing” with certain clients. From here they find their sessions going more smoothly then ever!

    Need music?

    Hey Everyone,


    So, I've been shopping around for some good royalty free music - and for a month. I've been able to find some decent sites and some good sites, however, the good sites are so wishy washy about what you can do to thier music. They aren't very clear.

    UNTIL NOW!

    There's this great website for wonderful music and sound effects! Best of all, there's no BS as to how you can use thier music - they spell it out clearly.

    Hello Matt,
    Thanks for contacting me, it's always nice to meet hypnotherapists from across the big pond!
    I had a look at the Youtube video of part of your regression training and am impressed. Have you expanded on Cal's 5-Path or is there new material?
    Regarding your recent blog posting about self-regression - what do you find the best method of doing that? I've used self hypnosis for suggestion and parts therapy, but not for regression and am intruiged!
